The Day She Remembered Herself — front and back covers

The Day She Remembered Herself

Through stories and reflections, this book speaks to the countless single mothers — whether widowed, divorced, separated, or shouldering responsibilities even within marriage — as well as women who choose to adopt and become mothers alone. These women boldly navigate the emotional and physical solitude of raising children while managing home and career, often feeling trapped behind invisible walls.

It is a pathway to healing and rediscovering herself as a woman. The book guides her in reclaiming her inner potential and stepping into the best version of herself — free from the weight of silent struggles.

It also offers practical wisdom for raising “No Limit” children single-handedly: children who value themselves, grow with confidence, and thrive. Through mindful listening, fostering emotional perception, and strengthening family bonds, it equips mothers (and fathers) to parent with presence and love.

Written with deep empathy not just for single mothers but for single dads too, this book is an invitation to every parent who seeks a different, more wholehearted path. It is written for them — for YOU.

She who remembers herself reclaims her power.

The walls around us fall when we turn inward.

A healed mother raises children who know their worth.
